Meditation is a total buzz-word right now, or is it just me? ‘Mindful-ness’ even more so…but what is the difference? Why is everyone talking about these ideas and practices all of a sudden? And lastly…how do you get in on this and build a self-practice of meditation, reaping the boundless promised benefits in your own life?

Similarly if you have been practicing meditation for a while, or have tried some different techniques, and are still feeling a little unsure about what the right practice is for you – this workshop will offer you the chance to practice different techniques, contemplate each, and find your way into a tailored self-practice that feels just right.
We will start with some mindful movement to help find ease, fluidity and flow in the body, and then move into some practices of breath awareness, stillness, meditation, mantra, mindfulness + relaxation.
